I want to tell you my story. After the Steam generator went down and need to replace a heating element, I ordered one after contacting the manufacturer to make sure I will get the correct one. But I got a wrong part with no option to connect a manual reset that also I need to replace. Thanks God I found Tim and his Modernsaunaspa.com. He went way beyond any expectations to work with Delta to get a right heating element the required some modifications to be done. We were and still are in constant communication. I knew every step of what is going on when Tim was working the manufacturer, that is nice. Even after the wrong element sent again, Tim pushed them to do it right and all parts included the manual rest came quick. Another thing is: when I order a new Steam generator, as we have a few steam rooms, I expect to get it in about 4 weeks, but thanks to Tim, I got it in a week that made all the members of my Center are very happy. People love to use the Steam room. I very recommend contacting Tim if you need a new equipment or having issues with the existing one. You will not be disappointed. This shower has so much room. Took our old traditional tub out during a remodel which freed up the perfect space. Still learning all the features but so far I love it. My contractor managed the install just fine. The steam is exactly what I was hoping for.
My wife and I were really impressed. It arrived in perfect condition and assembly was straightforward. The video guide was very helpful and we had it installed and running in a few hours. The steam generator heats up quickly and puts out a great amount of steam. The rainfall shower head is awesome.
