It took a few weeks to get fully installed between the plumber and electrician scheduling. But now that it is running — this is one of the best purchases I have EVER made. Came at about half the price of the competition. Quality construction, great warranty. You cannot beat the value anywhere.

The steamer heats up quickly, puts out lots of steam, and the bench seat is comfortable. Had one small issue with a missing part but it was shipped out the next day. Excellent customer service.
