I just wanted to let you know just how much it mattered to us to have a company that actually cares about the buyers, someone who goes above and beyond to make the process smooth and favorable all the way through to taking your first shower! This is actually our 3rd shower install and our 1st MESA steam shower. We purchased the WS-802L and love it. Having videos of the installation process on YouTube was very helpful also.
I panicked when I realized that I initially purchased the wrong configuration. I immediately called and you were able to literally stop it from going out the door and you fixed my problem. (That would not have happened with the other 2 showers from another company). I'm writing this as a testament to the awesome company standards that Modern Sauna Spa has.
