Directions have some room for interruption or construction knowledge but build quality of Sauna is very good. Only has it for 2 months but I'm very pleased with the entire product.
The only thing I didn't like was the door sensor. But you can dummy wire it if you chose and its not an issue at all.

This is actually the second steam shower we have purchased — we liked the first one so much we bought another for our lake home. The steamer heats up quickly, puts out lots of steam, and the bench seat is comfortable. Had one small issue with a missing part but it was shipped out the next day. Excellent customer service.

Assembly required some patience and a licensed electrician, but once it is in — wow. The end product is absolutely stunning. Our bathroom looks like a high-end spa. The steam, the rainfall head, the chromotherapy lighting, the radio — everything works beautifully. Use has been terrific.
